About Romco Builders
Who runs your painting job
Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. On the Treasure Coast we quote commercial painting.

Commercial painting is all this site covers. We do not take house painting. We quote any size of commercial job, from one tenant suite in a US 1 plaza to a full condominium exterior.
Romco is a construction company. When we quote painting for a hospital in Tradition, a school, a hotel on the island or a building at the airport, we are painting the building. We are not in the business that runs inside it, and we plan the work around the people who are.
Some work around a repaint needs its own license or certification: lead abatement, asbestos, mold, structural repair, roofing and electrical. Romco coordinates that work with firms that hold the right license and keeps it in one schedule.

Rules this site keeps
- No reviews, project photos or client names appear here until we can show real ones from St. Lucie County.
- We say quote, not a number. Every St. Lucie building gets its own written scope.
- We do not promise a finish date. Approvals, the wet season and hurricane season from June 1 to November 30 move schedules, and we report those changes in writing.
- When a rule is unclear for your address, we ask the office that enforces it and tell you what they said.
